The Honda CB500F Hornet E-Clutch brings Honda’s middleweight streetfighter into a new generation. With aggressive Hornet styling, an A2-compliant 471cc twin-cylinder engine and Honda’s innovative E-Clutch system, it is built for riders who want everyday usability, sharp handling and modern technology in one lightweight naked bike.

Honda E-Clutch gives you the choice of riding in the traditional way using the clutch lever, or letting the system manage clutch operation for you. From pulling away, changing gear and coming to a stop, E-Clutch makes riding smoother and easier, especially in traffic, while still keeping the feel and control of a manual gearbox.

The 471cc liquid-cooled DOHC parallel-twin engine produces 35kW, making it suitable for A2 licence holders while still delivering lively real-world performance. Honda Selectable Torque Control helps manage rear wheel grip, while revised PGM-FI settings provide strong low-rpm response and smooth power delivery through the rev range.

The chassis is equally well specified. Showa 41mm Separate Function Fork Big Piston USD forks give confident front-end feel, while dual 296mm front discs with Nissin radial-mount four-piston calipers deliver strong braking performance. Lightweight wheels, a sporty swingarm and the upright riding position make the CB500F Hornet E-Clutch agile, easy to manage and enjoyable on city streets or back roads.

Premium equipment includes a 5-inch full colour TFT screen with Honda RoadSync connectivity, allowing access to navigation and selected smartphone functions. The modern LED headlight and taillight complete the sharp streetfighter look.
