Built on the premium touring platform of the standard C5, the C5 ANC features revised internal construction designed to accommodate the exclusive Schuberth SC EDGE ANC communication system. When the optional system is installed and ANC is activated, it can reduce wind and road noise by up to 10 dB while preserving important sounds such as traffic, emergency signals and your motorcycle’s engine.

The result is a calmer, less tiring riding experience with outstanding audio performance—ideal for touring, commuting and long-distance journeys.

Why is the C5 ANC different from the standard C5?

The standard C5 is a highly refined, naturally quiet flip-front helmet, but it does not support Active Noise Cancellation.

The C5 ANC adds:

The SC EDGE ANC works exclusively with the C5 ANC. It is not compatible with the standard C5, and the standard helmet cannot simply be converted into the ANC version.

Please note: The SC EDGE ANC communication system is sold separately unless specifically stated as included in the product package. Active Noise Cancellation only operates when the SC EDGE ANC system is installed and activated.
